My order hasn’t been processed yet. Why?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 48 hours. Please double-check your payment confirmation email, or contact our support team for an update.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as products are unused and in their original packaging. Customers cover return shipping, while exchange orders are shipped free. Submit a request via “My Account” to start a return.

Can I cancel my order and get a full refund?

Orders not yet shipped can be canceled in “My Account” for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations follow our return policy.

Do I need to be home for delivery to my residential address?

Usually, couriers deliver to the address provided. If you’re not home, packages may be left in a safe spot or a pickup code may be provided. Check your tracking info or courier notifications for details.
